These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wiser Cookie Co. website and services. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Wiser Cookie Co. is a home-based bakery located in Fayetteville, Tennessee. We operate on a request-to-order basis, meaning all orders are reviewed and accepted personally by the baker.

How Ordering Works

Unlike a traditional online store, Wiser Cookie Co. operates on a request-to-order model:

• Submit a request: Browse our menu and submit an order request with your selections, preferred pickup date, and contact information.
• We review: Every order is personally reviewed by the baker. We may contact you to confirm details or discuss availability.
• Confirmation: Once accepted, we'll confirm your order and arrange pickup details.
• Payment at pickup: Payment is collected at pickup via Venmo or cash. We do not process online payments.

Submitting a request does not guarantee your order. Orders are subject to availability, scheduling, and baker discretion.

Pricing

Prices shown on our website are estimates. Final pricing will be confirmed when we accept your order. Pricing may vary based on:

• Custom design complexity
• Premium flavor selections
• Special requests or modifications
• Seasonal ingredient availability

Pickup & Delivery

We offer local pickup at designated locations in the Fayetteville, Tennessee area. Pickup times and locations will be coordinated when your order is confirmed.

Local delivery may be available for an additional fee. Delivery availability depends on location and scheduling.

Please be on time for pickup. Our baked goods are made fresh and are best enjoyed promptly. If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible.

Payment

We accept payment at pickup via:

• Venmo
• Cash

We do not accept credit cards or process online payments. Payment is expected at the time of pickup.

Cancellations & Changes

We understand plans change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order.

• 48+ hours notice: Full cancellation, no charge.
• Less than 48 hours: Depending on how far along your order is, a partial charge may apply to cover ingredients already purchased.
• No-shows: If you don't pick up your order and don't contact us, we may require a deposit for future orders.

Allergies & Dietary Information

Our products are made in a home kitchen that processes:

• Wheat/gluten
• Eggs
• Dairy
• Tree nuts
• Peanuts
• Soy

We cannot guarantee any product is free from allergens. If you have severe allergies, please consider this before ordering. Let us know about any allergies when placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate, but cross-contamination is possible.

Drops (Limited Releases)

Occasionally, we release limited quantities of special items ("Drops"). These are first-come, first-served and may sell out quickly. Drop items follow the same ordering and payment process as regular orders.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photos, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Wiser Cookie Co. and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Wiser Cookie Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
